Equipment Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced equipment maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong electronics and mechanical knowledge, with experience in fast-paced production environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance and breakdown maintenance as required, performing advanced diagnosis and repair of electronic and mechanical production equipment, and liaising with suppliers and operations teams to ensure efficient operations.
This role involves maintaining equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults, performing preventative maintenance tasks, and communicating concise information during shift handovers.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of equipment maintenance experience, a qualification in engineering, and strong diagnostic skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
- Maintenance of equipment
- Troubleshooting - diagnosis of mechanical/electrical faults
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Liaise with suppliers of production equipment
- Liaise with Operations Manager and Shift Leaders on priority issues
- Source spare parts as required
- Maintain stock levels of critical parts in line with cost controls, repair parts, replacement recommendations
