Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Field Equipment Specialist to attend to customer premises and perform various tasks related to the servicing, inspections, and repairs of access equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of elevating work platforms, telehandlers, and lighting towers, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Perform routine servicing tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements, to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Respond to breakdowns and provide timely support to customers, minimizing downtime and ensuring their operations continue smoothly.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate repairs, parts procurement, and other logistics as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights, as required.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
