We are currently seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Parts Coordinator to join our organisation in Sydney, Australia.

About the Role:

As a Parts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our service department runs smoothly. Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee that the right parts are available for the right job on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support for the parts operations
  • Prepare all necessary parts in advance for the next day's repair orders
  • Effectively manage the parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and dispatching
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to plan daily parts requirements
  • Deliver exceptional internal customer service to the service and sales teams
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace at all times
About You:

We are looking for someone who possesses a mature and friendly attitude, along with good common sense. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed. While an interest in automotive or mechanical work is preferred, it is not essential. No previous experience in parts or automotive is required, as full training will be provided.
