Senior Design Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join our Infrastructure team in Adelaide. As a key member of our Defence Project, you will be responsible for delivering projects within the Defence Sector. If you have prior experience of managing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will ensure project deliverables meet scope, cost, time, and quality objectives. You will foster strong relationships with clients and leverage your exceptional leadership skills to navigate complex project environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive infrastructure engineering & design experience, ideally in the Defence sector.
  • Demonstrable experience leading multidisciplined engineering teams with a focus on people management.
  • Demonstrable experience in working under a Defence Design Services Contract and/or Managing Contract.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills both internal and external.
  • Strong scope awareness in a complex project environment.
