Senior Acquisitions Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Buyers Agent to leverage their expertise in acquiring prime properties across Australia.

  • Duties:
  • Conduct comprehensive buyer consultations to identify client needs and preferences.
  • Publish research reports to present to clients, providing valuable insights into the property market.
  • Utilize market knowledge to source and present suitable properties to clients.
  • Guide clients through the property acquisition process, from search to closing.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Certificate of Registration as a minimum.
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Buyers Agent.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A customer-focused approach, prioritizing client satisfaction.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Confidence in networking opportunities to drive business growth.
