About the role:
- We are currently seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team. Our mine site is located in a scenic area with award-winning wineries and a vibrant food scene.
- As a Senior Maintenance Planner, your role will involve maintaining and improving maintenance planning and scheduling to maximize equipment reliability.
Duties will include:
- Implementing best practice techniques to ensure high safety, productivity, and reliability standards
- Collaborating with stakeholders to manage lead times on parts
- Prioritizing work and managing time effectively
- Forecasting costs for short to mid-term field work
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal departments and key suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with statutory, legislative, WH&S standards, and site policies and procedures
The lifestyle:
- This position offers a Monday to Friday roster, allowing for a residential lifestyle in a nearby town.
- The town provides quality of life with scenic landscapes, low crime rates, and a relaxed pace.
About you:
- Mechanical Trade or Engineering qualification
- 3+ years experience as a Maintenance Planner (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of SAP, maintenance planning, and scheduling principles and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
