We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to strengthen our relationships with key employers and members, driving retention, engagement, and strategic growth across a portfolio of accounts.
This role plays a vital part in maintaining and expanding our employer and member base, with a focus on managing key accounts and contributing to the fund's long-term success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the retention, engagement, and development of a portfolio of employer and member accounts, building strong business-to-business relationships, delivering tailored engagement strategies, and representing the company at industry events and client forums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of employer and member accounts through proactive engagement and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, attending industry events and client functions as required.
- Execute formalised client engagement strategies and member service initiatives.
- Support the onboarding of new business and ensure seamless transitions for large employers.
- Deliver education programs and promote campaigns across your portfolio.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide insights and reporting on service levels, engagement outcomes, and portfolio performance.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in account management, client engagement, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of superannuation, industrial relations, and financial products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- RG146 accreditation is mandatory; however, candidates who are not yet accredited may be considered if they are willing and eligible to complete the certification as part of their onboarding.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or Diploma of Financial Planning are desirable.
