- Proven track record in contact centre managed services, delivering operational excellence and driving business growth.
- Combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, leading large teams and developing strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to build trust at senior levels, and a proven ability to drive innovation and implement automation in technical operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in industry-standard methodologies (DevOps, ITIL) and a commitment to continuously improving services.
- Able to develop and implement effective short and long-term strategies for managing contact centre technologies and solutions.
