Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of personalized onboarding email sequences that drive user activation and long-term product adoption. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing customer email strategies that leverage personalization and AI to help our users master our platform.

This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of digital lifecycle or email marketing experience, ideally with some experience in B2B SaaS and a focus on product adoption strategies. You should have a strategic and data-driven approach, with a proven track record of driving measurable business impact.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and experiment on how to support users in adopting our AI features. Your expertise in email marketing tools, including Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Marketo, will be essential in streamlining and optimizing email processes.
