Upon completing the program, you will step into a full-time sales executive role, taking on responsibilities such as:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting – Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Client Outreach and Relationship Building – Engage new and existing clients through calls, emails, and networking events.
- Business Development – Develop strong relationships with client managers, positioning us as their go-to resource partner.
- Strategic Sales Execution – Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver IT talent solutions.
- Achieve and Exceed Targets – Drive sales success through proactive engagement and expert solution delivery.
You will recruit entry-level IT talent for our Australian operations, source candidates through various channels, and participate in university career fairs and networking events. Strong relationships with candidates are essential to ensure high engagement and secure offer acceptances.
This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets, and a commercial mindset with a passion for business development. You should be highly organized, resilient, adaptable, and results-oriented.
