**Digital Career Accelerator Program**

Our mission is to empower you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the public sector.

The Digital Career Accelerator Program is a 12-month graduate entry-level program that provides you with the opportunity to engage in projects and develop skills needed to succeed in the public service sector.

During this program, you will participate in rotations or immersion opportunities, working on real-world projects that drive change within our organization.

To be eligible for this role, you must have completed (or recently completed) university studies in a digital or technical related field.

You will receive mentorship, career coaching, and planning support from experienced professionals, as well as guidance from a dedicated Graduate Program Coordinator.

As part of this program, you will complete a structured learning program through a comprehensive APS Graduate Development Learning Program, which includes real-time interactions, webinars, events, and group activities designed for graduates across the APS.
