Job Role

Ally Fashion is an Australian based multi-brand fast fashion destination that offers quality and on-trend outfits to its customers through a fun, enthusiastic and professional team.

We are seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Manager in our Knox City store. As Second-in-Command, you will foster a positive work environment with a focus on exceptional customer service, driving sales performance and promoting leadership skills.

You will ensure consistent high-quality service, develop product knowledge and maintain visually appealing store displays in line with company guidelines. You will also provide assistance to the Regional Manager during the Store Manager's absence.

To be successful, you must embody the values of Customer Centricity, Achieving Excellence and Forever Evolving. You will have a genuine passion for mentoring others, be flexible to work rotational weekend shifts and have experience in assisting store management in a fast-paced retail environment.
