The Opportunity
This permanent, full-time Admin Officer role is based in Gladstone, QLD, and offers an exciting opportunity to support our operations through a wide range of administrative functions.
You will play a key role in driving business goals by delivering excellent administrative support and managing key customer interactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Extensive data entry and management
- Proficiency in Excel for tasks such as cost tracking and invoicing
- Payroll support and customer service
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectives
About You
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate within a team
- Prior experience in an office environment and knowledge of payroll processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment
- Customer service experience, particularly with invoicing and follow-up
