Senior Site Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Site Administrator to join our Gladstone Operations team on a permanent basis. This role will see you working Monday to Friday based in Gladstone, QLD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative services directly to the project/site teams, maintaining accurate data and documentation related to projects, and inputting and uploading time sheet data. Additionally, they will coordinate employee training and PPE, data entry from various information sources, cost tracking and variance analysis, procurement and invoicing, and assisting the project team with the generation and updating of internal and external reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to project/site teams
  • Maintain accurate project data and documentation
  • Input and upload time sheet data
  • Coordinate employee training and PPE
  • Perform data entry from various information sources
  • Track and analyze costs and variances
  • Procure and invoice materials and services
  • Assist with report generation and updating
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a site-based administration position in the resources sector
  • Strong written skills and confident user of MS Excel
  • Clear and engaging communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and process-driven to meet compliance standards
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and assist others when needed
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
