
Administrative Professional Prevention and Response Specialist

This part-time permanent Administration Officer role is based at Royal North Shore Community Health Centre and forms part of the Northern Sydney Local Health District.
The successful candidate will provide efficient reception and administration support for the PARVAN Service, interfacing with clients and NSLHD Health workers.
As frontline staff, you will be the first point of contact for the Northern Sydney PARVAN Service, operating under the direction of the PARVAN Administration Team Leader.
Key responsibilities include providing customer service in a demanding environment, handling distressed, traumatised and difficult clients with professionalism and empathy.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing data entry tasks and using Microsoft Office applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Aptitude for working in a customer-facing environment, including dealing with difficult or distressed clients.
- Demonstrated experience in administration roles, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-systems.
- Ability to apply problem-solving skills and work independently.
