Job Title: Project Support Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to project managers and teams across various work packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secretariat Services: Provide administrative support to governance groups, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Financial Management: Assist with program/project financials, including actuals, accruals, journals, forecasting, invoicing, and timesheets.
  • Risk and Issue Identification: Document, review, and escalate risks and issues as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist with program/project management reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks and team support, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of IM/ICT Project Life Cycle: Have a solid understanding of the IM/ICT project life cycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  • Secretariat Skills: Demonstrate ability in secretariat services, including documentation, coordination, and communication.
  • Financial Management: Assist in program/project financial management, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Maintenance of Program Files: Maintain program files and prepare management reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
