About the Role
This is a key position in our team, responsible for managing inventory processes and ensuring a smooth flow of products in and out of the store.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the movement of all inventory, including receiving, processing, and prepping products for the sales floor.
- Oversee stocktakes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Track and report on inventory performance, identifying trends and collaborating with the leadership team to optimize stock levels.
- Design and manage the Back of House layout to maximize efficiency and create an organized environment.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or inventory management.
- A passion for organization and creating efficient systems to optimize inventory flow.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, able to analyze inventory reports and resolve discrepancies.
- A natural leader who can coach and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- A proactive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
