Agricultural Sales and Inventory Executive

Our organization seeks a Sales and Inventory Manager to join our team.
About the Role:This position involves managing sales and inventory of products including ag chem, fertiliser, and other agricultural merchandise.
Responsibilities include collaborating with store management, agronomists, and sales teams, as well as contributing to branch success, managing profitability, negotiating with suppliers, developing pricing strategies, overseeing stock levels, and implementing marketing initiatives.
We also require analysing market trends, climatic, and seasonal factors to ensure our organization remains the first choice for rural customers in the region.
About You:- A strong technical background with experience in a similar role
- Pricing, margin management, and achieving sales targets through effective category development
- Able to network and identify opportunities for business growth
- Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SAP ERP and strong MS Excel skills for reporting
- Current Driver's Licence (Essential)
- Forklift and heavy rigid licence (Desirable)
