Job Title: Product Merchandise Manager

We are a leading agribusiness that makes a difference for farmers. Our purpose is to provide innovative products and services that improve the productivity and sustainability of agriculture.
The Product Merchandise Manager will be responsible for managing sales and inventory of a range of products and services, including agricultural merchandise products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and inventory of merchandise products
- Work closely with store management, agronomists and sales teams to provide support and guidance
- Negotiate with suppliers and develop pricing strategies
- Analyse market trends and climatic considerations to ensure we are first choice for rural customers
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A strong technical background with experience in a similar role
- Experience in pricing and margin management and sales target achievement
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster solid long-term relationships
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Exposure to SAP ERP and MS Excel for reporting
- A current driver's license
