Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide culturally safe and trauma-informed case management to clients
  • Support relapse prevention, harm reduction, and wellbeing programs
  • Build strong connections with clients and their families
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate case notes

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate IV in Community Services (AOD) or related qualification, experience in case management within AOD, therapeutic, or community settings, strong communication and cultural awareness skills, and a driver's license, Ochre Card, and Police Check.
