As a Case Manager in this team, you will pro-actively manage a portfolio of claims, provide exceptional customer services to all stakeholders, and support injured workers to recover and return to work.

Our team works alongside specialist roles, including RTW Specialists, Technical Specialists, Clinical Advisors, Mental Injury Specialists, and Mobile Case Managers, ensuring you have the support you need.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Melbourne CBD with flexibility to work from home once trained.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate a service-oriented approach focused on early intervention and the interests of workers and employers
  2. Evaluate and implement active and timely strategies to improve recovery and return to work outcomes
  3. Provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders, including workers, employers, and providers
  4. Assist workers and employers with the claim process and engage appropriate support services
  5. Collaborate with our team and WorkSafe to support positive outcomes for injured workers
About You
  • PASSIONATE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKING IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT
  • THRIVE ON COLLABORATING WITH OTHERS AND SUPPORTING INJURED WORKERS
  • MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN THE WORKERS COMPENSATION INDUSTRY OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY ENVIRONMENTS
  • KNOWLEDGE OF THE VICTORIAN WORKERS COMPENSATION SCHEME, LEGISLATION, AND POLICIES
  • ORGANIZED WITH EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
  • COMMITTED TO SUPPORTING INJURED WORKERS WITH THEIR RECOVERY AND RETURN TO WORK
