This is an exciting case management role where you will proactively manage a portfolio of claims, provide exceptional customer services to all stakeholders and support injured workers to recover and return to work.
Our team works collaboratively with specialist roles including RTW Specialists, Technical Specialists, Clinical Advisors and Mobile Case Managers to ensure you and your stakeholders are supported.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Melbourne CBD with flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a service-oriented approach focused on early intervention and the interests of workers and employers.
- Implement active and timely strategies to improve recovery and return to work outcomes.
- Provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders such as workers, employers and providers.
- Assist the worker and employer with the claim process and engage appropriate support services such as Mobile Case Management or Occupational Rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with the broader team and WorkSafe to support positive outcomes for injured workers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A passion for customer service.
- Experience managing claims in the workers compensation industry or other personal injury environment.
- Knowledge of the Victorian workers compensation scheme, legislation and policies.
- Organisational skills with excellent time management.
- A commitment to supporting injured workers with their recovery and return to work.
