The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Consultant to join our team in Cambridge. As the CX Frontline Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our Waste customers, handling a high volume of phone calls and email cases while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email efficiently and professionally
  • Resolve a wide range of customer issues related to waste management services
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our CRM system
  • Process customer requests, bookings, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a phone-based environment
  • Strong computer literacy skills and familiarity with CRM systems advantageous
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
