The role involves providing ICT support to a school environment, ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Offering technical assistance to end-users, resolving computing issues promptly or effectively prioritizing their concerns.
- Maintaining software applications, telecommunications, and data services for the school.
- Contributing to the upkeep of ICT infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.
- Managing user accounts across various online learning platforms.
- Providing technical support to the Group ICT Manager across the organization.
Requirements for Success:
- Familiarity with key end-user systems: Google Suite, Apple Mac and iOS, Microsoft, Canvas, Jamf.
- Proficiency in key back-end systems: Microsoft Windows Server, Linux Server, Aruba LAN/WAN/Wireless Networking and Telecommunications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Holding a valid Working with Children Check.
