This position offers a chance for a researcher with strong quantitative skills and knowledge of climate processes to contribute to improving understanding and usability of climate projections and climate extremes.
As part of the regional climate change guidance project, your work will help in addressing Australia's climate science challenges and adaptation needs through a coordinated climate change research program across multiple hubs.
Key responsibilities include contributing to improving understanding and usability of climate projections and climate extremes, as well as collaborating with leading climate science experts from renowned institutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of climate change science and variability
- Experience using climate models and large datasets
