
Australia and New Zealand CA Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced CA Sales Manager to drive business growth in the region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and delivering results.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead CA sales efforts in the market. You will work closely with technical teams to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.
- 5+ years of technical experience preferably within CA, PM business sectors.
- 3+ years of sales experience preferably within CA, PM business sectors.
- Understanding of industrial markets.
- Strong leadership skills: customer focus, delivering results, strategic thinking, overcoming complexity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, C4C, and SAP.
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry.
- A proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English language.
