Job Summary:

The role of Sales Manager plays a pivotal part in driving profitable growth across Australia and New Zealand.

This individual will be responsible for managing key dealer relationships, supporting end-user engagement, and executing the national sales strategy across Food, Beverage, and Laundry segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of Dealer Account Managers across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, consultants, and end-users to promote solutions.
  • Provide guidance on product selection, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent Electrolux Professional at industry events and customer meetings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the commercial food, beverage, or laundry industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of B2B sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and other business applications.
  • A willingness to travel across Australia as required.
