We're seeking a talented Strategic Business Insights Leader to join our Customer Experience Transformation Program. This role is all about turning data into powerful business insights that drive better decisions, improve customer outcomes, and shape the future of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with program leaders and stakeholders to define future-state reporting requirements and embed strong data governance practices.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights that combine data, graphics, and storytelling to influence strategic decisions.
  • Drive efficiency improvements by analyzing financial and operational performance, providing recommendations, and helping reduce cost-to-serve.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify customer pain points and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a data ambassador, promoting adoption of analytics and innovative reporting solutions.
