About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Associate Director to lead client relationships with clarity and confidence. The ideal candidate will deliver gold-standard quantitative thinking, push boundaries of what strategic insights can do, and run high-profile projects for FMCG and Services clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through delivering exceptional client service and results-driven insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive project delivery
  • Mentor and support junior team members to help them grow and develop in their careers
  • Pursue new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to inform business strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep experience in consumer insights, especially quant
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Familiarity with market research methods and tools, including statistical analysis and data visualization
