About Us

Site Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of new build projects.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Championing safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with EHSQ requirements is crucial to our success.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day on-site activities from site establishment to handover and defect rectifications.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and managing quality work delivery is essential to delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • The Site Manager will also be responsible for developing and scheduling programmes in conjunction with the Project Manager.
  • Effective communication and coordination with clients, consultants, and stakeholders is vital to ensuring project success.
About You

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience delivering commercial new build projects or projects with structural works as a Site Manager with a principal contractor.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to build high-performing teams and maintain strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of Procore and MS Project is handy but not essential.

Job Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, good communication and interpersonal skills, experience with construction management software, physical stamina to work on a construction site, availability to work variable hours including weekends and public holidays.

Working Conditions: The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting and carrying equipment up to 25kg, frequent travel between sites, ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
