Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage project schedules, risk and issue tracking, stakeholder communication, and support project administration across various initiatives.
  • Project Planning: Design, plan, deliver, and coordinate digital and IT projects, ensuring timely completion and resource allocation.
  • Technical Expertise: Basic understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and data privacy, as well as experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Planner, or Jira.
  • Communication: Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer-centric approaches and facilitate clear communication.
  • Risk Management: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project-related issues swiftly, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting: Track project progress, measure KPIs, and inform decisions about timelines, resources, or potential project risks.

  4. Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Planner, or Jira.
  5. Proven experience in managing and collaborating with diverse vendors and stakeholders, facilitating workshops and project meetings, along with demonstrated expertise in change management and risk assessment.
