We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Events Coordinator to support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of marketing and event initiatives.

About This Role

This role will coordinate high-profile trade show participation, strategic sponsorships, and a variety of targeted events that drive engagement and awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective event strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Create engaging event collateral, websites, and promotional materials using digital tools and platforms.
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorship opportunities to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Foster effective working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
