Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a cross-platform editorial strategy that amplifies brand identity and music culture.
- Craft engaging content calendars that blend original reporting, artist features, fan stories, trend coverage, and innovative ideas.
- Build and maintain a strong network of creatives, writers, and contributors in the music and culture space.
- Promote branded content that delivers results while staying true to our editorial voice.
- 7-10 years of experience in leading content teams at media companies, brand studios, or editorial platforms.
- Proven ability to translate creative vision into scalable, sustainable editorial operations.
- Strong storytelling skills, business acumen, and social media expertise.
- A deep understanding of youth culture, live events, and the ever-evolving music landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to sell ideas internally and externally.
