About the Role
We're looking for a talented individual with experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments. You'll have a strong background in leadership development, with a focus on building high-performing teams and driving sales growth. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively manage relationships with store staff, suppliers, and customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing store team, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, customer engagement, and team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, store staff, and customers to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the development of our liquor knowledge and skills through training and development programs.
About You
- You have a proven track record in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments, with experience in leadership development and team management.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with store staff, suppliers, and customers.
- You have a strong background in sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
- You are passionate about liquor and have a drive to succeed in a dynamic retail environment.
