Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Retail Store Manager to lead our team at Lorna Jane Domain Townsville store. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and inspiring their team to achieve success.

About the Role

This Senior Retail Store Manager role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, including customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, proven ability to drive sales, and a passion for the Lorna Jane brand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a high-performing retail team, with a focus on driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase average transaction values.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Recruit, train, develop, and succession plan team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping, to maintain a high-quality shopping environment.
  • Roster and Scheduling: Create and manage effective rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak trading periods.
What We Offer

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
