OSHC Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) professional to lead our services in providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs for local families.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement engaging programs for children aged 5 - 12, promoting their social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Foster positive relationships as the face of OurCare in your school community, building strong partnerships with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to maintain the smooth operation of your service.
About You:

You will be a qualified professional with a passion for making a difference in children's lives. While experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred, it's not essential. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

A relevant qualification, such as an ACECQA-recognised diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education and Care, Childcare, Community Services, or a related field, is required. Additionally, you will need to hold a valid Employee Working with Children Check and be willing to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting certification.
