Ravenswood School for Girls is a prestigious Prep to Year 12 day and boarding school located on Sydney's North Shore.
We are seeking a Sports Coordinator to assist with the administration and delivery of sports programs at Ravenswood School for Girls.
- Responsibilities include organisation, promotion and implementation of sports programs including personnel management, administration and competition management.
- Assist with coordination of House sport carnivals, as well as day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Work closely with PDHPE/Sport staff and liaise with students and parents regarding sports programs.
To secure this role you must have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in sports management, sports science or human movement, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training.
- Experience working in sport, preferably in a school environment.
- A current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
- Demonstrated experience in effective planning and implementation of programs, including budget management.
- Demonstrated experience in staff management.
- Experience in Strength & Conditioning would be advantageous.
You will also require superior organisation, time management, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong administration and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
