To enhance the overall experience of our customers, we require a highly skilled Training & E-Learning Professional to join our team.

This key role involves providing regular training programs for our organisation, ensuring system functionality and usability, and promoting a culture of learning within our organisation.

About the Role:

  • Plan and deliver comprehensive training sessions for AMB
  • Configure and maintain the Learning Management System to guarantee optimal performance and user-friendliness
  • Develop and allocate eLearning courses and learning paths that meet business objectives
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with program completion in line with organisational policy and changing regulatory requirements
  • Analyse data to generate accurate reports on program completion, competency assessment and training effectiveness using Excel
  • Support content creation for training modules in multiple systems including the Microsoft suite and Articulate 360
  • Organise all aspects of in-person and online training events methodically, prioritising logistical details effectively.

About You:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in administering Learning Management Systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Articulate 360
  • Ability to interpret data, create reports, and support training initiatives
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and the banking and financial services sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside effective problem-solving, time management, and prioritisation abilities
