Training & E-Learning Expert

To enhance the overall experience of our customers, we require a highly skilled Training & E-Learning Professional to join our team.
This key role involves providing regular training programs for our organisation, ensuring system functionality and usability, and promoting a culture of learning within our organisation.
About the Role:
- Plan and deliver comprehensive training sessions for AMB
- Configure and maintain the Learning Management System to guarantee optimal performance and user-friendliness
- Develop and allocate eLearning courses and learning paths that meet business objectives
- Monitor and ensure compliance with program completion in line with organisational policy and changing regulatory requirements
- Analyse data to generate accurate reports on program completion, competency assessment and training effectiveness using Excel
- Support content creation for training modules in multiple systems including the Microsoft suite and Articulate 360
- Organise all aspects of in-person and online training events methodically, prioritising logistical details effectively.
About You:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in administering Learning Management Systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Articulate 360
- Ability to interpret data, create reports, and support training initiatives
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and the banking and financial services sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside effective problem-solving, time management, and prioritisation abilities
