E-learning Specialist

Design and develop engaging e-learning solutions that cater to diverse audiences.
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end production process, collaborating closely with subject matter experts to create clear, effective, and interactive digital learning materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing, developing, and delivering accessible e-learning products using established multimedia tools and techniques.
- Conducting quality assurance and user testing to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to translate technical and regulatory content into engaging and interactive digital learning materials.
- Applying sound judgment and creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative learning solutions that meet audience needs.
- Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and government policies.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in instructional design, educational technology, education, graphic design, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in the Australian Government and demonstrated capability in e-learning, instructional design, or multimedia production.
