E-learning Product Specialist

The E-Learning Developer will create engaging and accessible e-learning products to support our regulatory and educational objectives.
This role requires initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
- Apply specialist e-learning design expertise – Use established multimedia tools and techniques to develop digital learning products.
- Produce accessible digital products – Apply established design and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG, Digital Service Standard).
- Designing, developing, and delivering accessible e-learning products using tools such as Articulate, Captivate, and other relevant platforms.
- Conducting quality assurance and user testing to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to translate technical and regulatory content into clear, interactive digital learning materials.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and delivering high-quality e-learning products.
You will be working on a variety of projects, from designing engaging modules to implementing technical solutions.
