Job Title: E-Learning Developer
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled E-Learning Developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of engaging and accessible e-learning products. As an E-Learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality e-learning solutions that meet our regulatory and educational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning content using established multimedia tools and techniques.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical content into clear and effective digital learning materials.
Apply sound judgement and creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative learning solutions that meet audience needs.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and guidelines, as well as Australian Government policies.
Provide expert advice on e-learning design, instructional methods, and digital learning approaches.
Manage project timelines and multiple tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in instructional design, educational technology, education, graphic design, or a related discipline.
Experience working in the Australian Government, and demonstrated capability in e-learning, instructional design, or multimedia production.
Strong understanding of adult learning theory, UX principles, and accessibility.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
