Portfolio Management Role

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving efficiency improvement initiatives across NSW Health.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to enhancing health and wellness while developing your career as part of Australia's largest health organisation.

  • You will manage a portfolio of health entities to ensure alignment with NSW Health requirements around efficiency improvement programs.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews, analysis and reporting of Efficiency Improvement Plans to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with health entities to foster accountability and commitment to the Efficiency Improvement Program.
  • Identify and promote efficiency improvement program learnings and ideas throughout NSW Health.
About You

We are seeking motivated and skilled professionals who can support the work of NSW Health by:

  • Demonstrating extensive experience in managing portfolios of stakeholders with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Exhibiting strong ability to influence, negotiate and communicate effectively on challenging issues.
  • Showing strong judgement, analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex and sensitive matters.
