Transformative Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to lead transformative changes in educational practice and shape the educational programs offered to children.

About the Role:

  • Leverage expertise in child development and early years content to deepen the team's understanding and enhance educational programs.
  • Collaborate with educators to review and refine educational practices, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote excellence in educational practice through leadership and guidance.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve educational outcomes for children.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.
