Education Leader Opportunity

Are you a passionate and dedicated professional seeking a challenging role in education? Do you have a desire to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and contribute to the growth and development of your peers?

This Education Leader position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced educators, observing, reviewing, and enhancing educational programs for young children. You will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Working closely with the centre leadership team, you will lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

  • Our welcoming centre caters for up to 75 children across our Nursery, Toddler and Preschool rooms.
  • The Centre Leadership team is led by Director Aimee-Lee and Assistant Director Brooke, who together bring over 30 years of sector experience.
  • We are in a convenient residential area, close to schools, shops and local facilities — making excursions easy to manage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
