Job Title: Educational Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced educator to join our centre as an educational leader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has the ability to lead and inspire others.

As an educational leader at our centre, you will be responsible for collaborating with educators to enhance the educational programs offered to children. You will also be responsible for observing, reviewing and continuously improving the curriculum to ensure it meets the needs of all children.

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children;
  • Collaborate with educators to observe, review and continuously improve the curriculum;
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent);
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check;
