About the Role

We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to provide high-quality care services to older adults in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily tasks and maintain their independence for as long as possible.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Assist with general household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Provide transportation to appointments and shopping
  • Offer social support or respite for family members or carers
  • Provide personal care including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to vulnerable populations
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds
  • A reliable team player with excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
  • An Australian driver's license and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle (essential)
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (not essential as you can complete this through our traineeship program)
