Pet Care Specialist

This is a full-time supervisory role that requires expert advice on health, nutrition, and wellness products for pets. As a leader in this position, you will assist the store manager and assistant store manager with tasks while providing excellent customer service.
- Supervise store operations, including sales, returns, and stock management
- Train and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experience and achieve business objectives
- Maintain a well-organized store environment and ensure shelves are adequately stocked
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and drive business growth
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring store security
- Provide knowledgeable advice on pet wellness products and services
- Build strong relationships with customers, offering personalized support and guidance
- You have a passion for animals and people, with at least two years of experience working in a high-volume retail environment
- You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- You are friendly, patient, and eager to help, with a natural talent for problem-solving
- You are organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for maintaining a tidy and efficient workspace
