As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

  • You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs and preferences.
  • Providing physical assistance with daily activities, such as showering, dressing, and medication management.
  • Supporting clients to maintain their independence by assisting them with skills development and promoting their overall well-being.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Please note that this position requires:

  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Home & Community Care
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Current Queensland driver's licence
  • A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance
  • Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox), & Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
  • Good computer & mobile device skills
