We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to fill a Personal Care Worker role in the Queensland region. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
- Assist individuals with disabilities in leading independent lives through personalized care and support.
- Support elderly individuals in maintaining independence and overall well-being.
In this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure that clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Care or Certificate IV in Ageing Support.
- Experience in providing care for aged care or disability clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Valid National Police Check.
- Updated First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Knowledge of person-centered care principles and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
