We're seeking a Workers Compensation & Injury Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Health, Wellbeing and Injury Management team, you'll play a critical role in fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the holistic wellbeing and mental health of our employees.

Your primary focus will be leading the efficient and effective management of all aspects of our workers compensation and injury management programs. You'll coach and support managers to enhance their injury management skills, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to create a safe, supportive and healthy work environment.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in a health/injury management discipline or related field experience
  • Deep technical knowledge and understanding of workers compensation and injury management laws, codes, standards and associated obligations
  • Experience in managing workers compensation and injury management across multi-site and multi-jurisdictional environments
  • Proven track record in driving significant improvements in workers compensation claims liabilities, processes and systems
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise, advise and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders
  • Experience with 3rd party vendor management
  • Return to Work Certification in relevant jurisdictions
  • High level numerical and analytical skills, including well-structured written and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, multi-task and prioritise work
  • Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
